The Corporate Student Executive Committee (CSEC) is the most powerful body in the Student Union. CSEC is where the President is made accountable to the student body, justifying his decisions and expenditure since the last meeting.

CSEC also sets policy for the student union that applies to all seven campuses. This committee also appoints delegates to National Union of Students events, and sets the budget for the academic year. The committee meet once every half term. Only members of the committee can vote, but any student can attend this meeting and speak, with the permission of the Chair.
