My role is fun and varied. As the site is small it enables me to get to know the students, so we can build a good rapport and I can also support them if they have any problems. I also get involved with lots of charity events and enjoy this very much. I am able to support the Students in various ways, but most of all I enjoy a good chat. I feel privileged to be part of the students' journeys and I feel so proud when they finish and complete their course. |
